returns Friday, November 26 at a brand new beautiful location!!
For those of us who grew up in Richmond and remember with great fondness "the good old days"...well the place to shop was ...Miller & Rhoads...now Miller & Rhoads has been beautifully restored into a magnificent Hilton Garden Hotel with a huge ballroom. We'll be bringing Thanksgiving At The Beach to this fantastic new location. Here are some details...
* Located at the corner of 6th & Broad Streets (of course y'all remember where it is)
* We play 8 - 12; tickets just $10 per person if purchased by Fri Nov 12, $15 per person after Nov 12, and $20 per person if you wait to purchase at the door
* A "SPECIAL" one night - only room rate is available for $69 !! (by the way, that's the year "If I Didn't Have A Dime came out...1969; when you call 804-344-4300, and touch "1" for reservations..just tell them you want the "Thanksgiving At The Beach" or "Dime in 69" rate for the night of 11/26; also valet parking is available...ask for details
* Lots of great memorabilia in the gorgeous lobby about Miller & Rhoads and several "M & R" menu items are taken from the old Tea Room menu
...so here's the deal...you've had a great Thanksgiving, watched lots of football, stuffed yourselves...so now it's Friday and you're ready to kick off the season. Everybody's off on Friday, so maybe you're gonna do a little shopping, or watch a little more football... It's Friday night, and all the relatives have gone back home. Now it's "your" time, so get some friends together, get your tickets early, reserve a beautiful room at an amazing rate (in case you party like you used to back in the day), come down for some great food, great atmosphere, great memories, and ...of course, great music!
