Weekly shag dancing is held weekly at the Rene's Supper Club, 3251 Old Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22030, 703-385-0077. Free shag lessons are provided at three levels (beginners to intermediate) 7:30 - 8:15 pm, open dancing 8:15 - 10:30 pm. DJs spin beach and rhythm & blues dance music. Cover charge is $8. Every Wednesday Night starting at 6:15 PM Shag Dance Lessons are given to all interested. The lessons include the basic shag steps, intermediate steps and line dances. Dance lessons are included with the cover charge. ("NO PARTNER REQUIRED") Followed by "Mix n Mingle"
