Deadline for purchasing tickets is November 22nd
Payment is required at time of purchase
No refunds
Seating assigned at time of ticket purchase
Eight seats available at each table
To reserve a table, all eight seats must be purchased
and purchased at same time (such as mailing the
check or checks for all eight people in one envelope
- if purchased by mail)
Singles/couples are assigned tables that not reserved
as a full table
Tickets are $25 members and $35 guests.
Doors open at 7:00pm. Dinner will be served from
7pm to 9pm
Tickets may be purchased by mail with a selfaddressed-
stamped envelope sent to club address
shown on page 2 .
Because the party is being held on a naval base, you must provide the following information when
purchasing a ticket (the club must provide this
information to base authorities by November 23rd
morning)
Name of person attending - as printed on driver's
license
Phone number
Year, make, model, and license plate number of
auto that will be driven on the base
