Shoes with slick souls are recommended (leather, felt, Swede, etc.)
Please register 30 Minutes Prior to the start of each class.
BASIC I - Shag Basic, Female Turn, Male Turn, Start, Side Pass,
Belly Roll, Front and Back Preps, Intro to Basic Pivot
BASIC II - Pivot continued, Basic Variations, Stutter steps,
Start Variations, Double Pam, Sugar Foot, Boogie Walk,
Basic Hook, Basic Double Turns, Technique
INTERMEDIATE - Female/Male footwork, Pivot Variations,
Two (2) Lead Follow Steps, Double Turn Variations,
Together Steps (can also be done as Male/Female Steps)
LESSON TIMES: BASIC I 4:00 PM
BASIC II 5:30 PM
INTERMEDIATE 7:00 PM

3 days of dancing, entertainment, food and fun including area DJs,a dance contest w/DJ Jerry Burrage, Guest DJ 'Fessa' John Hook, THE SAND BAND, Fish Fry, Pulled Pork dinner, drink specials, 50/50 raffle, door prizes and more for a donation of ONLY $30.00 for all 3 days!
This fund raising event will benefit junior shaggers in a variety of venues including affordable instruction & workshops. Plus provide assistance to dancers who have incurred significant medical costs.
