When And Where We Dance	Tuesday night for lessons @ Signal's Lounge - Crown Plaza Resort and Friday 7:00pm - 10:00pm

Signal's Lounge at the Crowne Plaza Resort on beautiful Hilton Head Island, is the Friday night meeting place of the Hilton Head Island Carolina Shag Club. To find the lounge, you will need to follow the directions the club has on their website. Particularly, when you ask the guard at the Shipyard Plantation gate for a pass to the Crowne Plaza, also ask for directions and the guard will give you a map. The Lounge is a nice upscale location to shag dance. The 18’ x 18’ smooth wooden dance floor is surrounded by plenty of restaurant table seating. Signal's Lounge offers a full menu, but shag club members can choose from a delicious list of appetizers for ½ price from 6- 8pm.

Lessons are offered on Tuesday nights. There is open dancing with the house DJ Joe Little on Friday nights from 7pm till around 10pm. There is no cover charge. It is a non- smoking facility, but a smoking section is available near the pool area. Crowds are usually smaller in the summertime, but there are usually around 100 dancers in the winter months. This club also sponsors a big event each year at the Lounge called the Winter Classic. They sell out quickly of the 450 tickets so be sure to get your ticket early.

Signal's Lounge is a nice upscale lounge with a great hardwood dance floor , delicious food and a place to make new friends!
