The Florence Shag Club
meets every Friday night at Circle Fountain , Gregg Ave in Florence, SC.
Circle Fountain is a members only club with a great wooden dance floor (
appr. 24’ x 32’). The club is a smoking facility ( fans and smoke eaters
in the club) with a bar/grill that serves dogs and burgers. Drinks are
$2 for beer, $3 mixed drinks, $.75 for soft drinks. Food prices are
reasonable too. Entertainment is provided by a shag DJ from 8-12 with an
average crowd of 100- 150 on a good Friday night.
The folks are friendly here – you’ll feel right at home.
